What fleet and van servicing do you offer?
White Rose Motors services and repairs company cars and vans for businesses across North London from one workshop in Finchley, at Unit A, The Coppetts Centre, North Circular Road, London N12 0SH, directly on the A406 North Circular. The site has 14 ramps, two dedicated laser wheel-alignment ramps and its own DVSA-approved MOT bay testing both Class 4 and Class 7 vehicles, so cars and heavier vans in a mixed fleet are tested and repaired without leaving the site. Scheduled servicing, MOT, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, wheel alignment, bodywork and alloy wheel refurbishment are all carried out here, seven days a week, and free collection and return is available to eligible servicing customers.

Everything below is done on the Finchley site by the same workshop, so a vehicle is not passed between suppliers for servicing, testing, geometry and body repair.

Which MOT classes do you test?
We are DVSA approved for Class 4 and Class 7, which is what lets a mixed fleet of cars and heavier vans be tested in one place.
- Class 4
- Cars, and goods vehicles up to 3,000kg design gross weight. Most car-derived and small panel vans sit here.
- Class 7
- Goods vehicles over 3,000kg and up to 3,500kg design gross weight. This is the class most independent garages cannot test, and we are approved for it on site.
An MOT is £45 and is free with a full service. Retests and any related repairs are carried out in the same workshop, so a failed test does not mean moving the vehicle. Class limits above are the DVSA design gross weight bands, not our own. Vehicles above 3,500kg are outside both classes.

How do I get a fleet quote?
Send the vehicle list, typical mileage and the work you want covered. A person at the garage will review it and reply by email. Fleet work is quoted per vehicle after that review rather than from a fixed price list.
Questions we get asked
Do you MOT test vans as well as cars?
Yes. We have our own DVSA-approved MOT bay on site and we are approved for Class 4 and Class 7, so a mixed fleet of cars and heavier vans can be tested in one place. An MOT is £45, and it is free when the vehicle is having a full service at the same visit.
What is a Class 7 MOT?
Class 7 is the DVSA test class for goods vehicles over 3,000kg and up to 3,500kg design gross weight. Class 4 covers cars and goods vehicles up to 3,000kg. Most independent garages are approved for Class 4 only, which is why heavier vans often have to go elsewhere. We test both. Vehicles above 3,500kg fall outside both classes.
Do you work on vehicles heavier than 3,500kg?
Our MOT approval covers Class 4 and Class 7, and Class 7 stops at 3,500kg design gross weight. Tell us what you operate and we will say plainly whether it is something we can test and maintain.
What does servicing cost for a fleet vehicle?
An oil service starts from £125 + VAT and a full service from £225 + VAT, with an MOT at £45 or free alongside a full service. Beyond that, fleet work is quoted per vehicle after we have seen the list and the current maintenance position, rather than from a fixed price list, because the due work differs from vehicle to vehicle.
Do you collect and return vehicles?
Free collection and delivery is available for eligible servicing customers within the collection area, subject to location and workshop capacity. The garage must confirm the address, vehicle and required work in advance. It is worth raising it when you first send the vehicle list so the position is clear before anything is planned.
Can you keep our service records up to date?
Yes, where we hold the manufacturer system. We run main-dealer level diagnostic equipment, including Mercedes-Benz STAR, VW Group ODIS, Jaguar Land Rover and Launch, and we make Digital Service History updates online for the marques those systems cover. Tell us the makes in your fleet and we will confirm which ones we can update.
Can servicing, MOT, repairs and bodywork all be done in one place?
Yes. The site has 14 ramps, two dedicated laser wheel-alignment ramps, the MOT bay, a bodyshop and in-house alloy wheel refurbishment. A vehicle does not get passed between suppliers for servicing, testing, geometry and body repair, which is usually what costs a fleet the most time.
How quickly can you take a vehicle in?
The garage is open seven days a week, Monday to Friday 07:30 to 19:00 and Saturday and Sunday 08:30 to 19:00, so there is more room in the week than a five-day workshop has. Timing for planned work is agreed around workshop capacity and what the vehicles need. Call the office and you will get a straight answer about that week rather than a booking slot from a system.

We are at Unit A, The Coppetts Centre, North Circular Road, London N12 0SH, directly on the A406 in Finchley. That puts most of North London within a short drive, which is the main reason the site suits fleet work.
